No problem at all! If your looking to exclude a page, you would want to do ^/PAGE/ or ^/path/to/page/

If your looking to do all of the site, you can do ^/ and that would exclude the whole site, but this is not a good idea as it will negatively impact both your site performance, as well as the performance of other sites on the server as an uncached site requires significantly more resources to navigate.
