For these videos, you need to export it in 6 different formats:

1080p .mov – export as quicktime but in the type, pick H.264

1920 x 1080

720p . mov

1280 x 720

360p . mov – make sure this is progressive scan

then bring each of the 3 of those to FLV. Crunch and export each of those 3 to .FLV making it 6 total.
