All of your courses are set to the LearnDash Open course type. That means that any logged in user is enrolled into the course. So every user is enrolled into every course.

iMember360 can’t override that default LearnDash behaviour.

If you want to control enrolment using iMember360 and Infusionsoft tags you need to set the course type ideally to closed.

Then you also need to ensure that for each course that in Course Settings, iM360: Course Visibility is checked. This is so courses users are not enrolled in but that are protected by Infusionsoft tags can show in the listing.
