Step 1: Add store to dropdown alphabetically

Step 2: Go to action sets. Add vet info and # of days to action set “Set Vet Info and Apply Tag”

Step 3: Go into OLD solutions campaign and add stores to appropriate decision diamonds.  Follow Petland Largo or follow another store that Tammys mentions.

Step 4: Still in the OLD campaign, make sure to add the store is added to the Insurance Reminders in the decision diamond, based on if it is a Petland store or Non Petland store.

Once everything is updated publish the campaign. If it asks you to add contacts – DO NOT ADD CONTACTS.

  • There is NOT video on the lifetime program as incorrectly mentioned in the videos. The lifetime program that Tammy was talking about was the Lifetime extension program which is already connected during the first video.  Once the decision diamond is set up then the campaign can be published. If it asks you to add contacts – DO NOT ADD CONTACTS.

Note: In some of the Thank You email links need edits, the address at the bottom is incorrect. It should say: Third Party Pet 1733 Park St. #300 Naperville, Illinois 60563 United States (877) 658-5155. Anything that says Pawsitive Solutions should be Third Party Pet.
