1. Go to vr181
  2. Hover over Infusionsoft icon and click on Campaign Builder under Marketing
  3. Click FIGO Sequence (ID 1180)
  4. Add tag of the pack name (Wait For FIGO Tag)
  5. Right click on a sequence
    1. Duplicate it
    2. Make it active
    3. Rename the sequence to follow the new pack name
  6. Connect the sequence to the Decision Diamond and API goal
  7. Click on the Decision Diamond
  8. Add the RULE under the new pack you created
    1. Tag or Custom Field
  9. Make everything inside the sequence active
    1. Make edits to:
      1. Create Order (You will have to create the Action Set- see step 10)
      2. Set Weight (update the weight of the pack) – Ask Tammy/Skyler if they didn’t provide it
      3. Make sure to ask Tammy/Skyler if the Carrier is correct
      4. Set Order Status to Figo Active
      5. Confirm with Bteam that Figo order is sent to reporting correctly
        1. Give the Bteam the tag and custom field value of the pack
  10. Hover over Infusionsoft icon and click Settings under CRM
  11. Click Action Sets
  12. Click Add an Action Set button
  13. Set the new name of the Action Set
    1. Under Add New Action – Copy From Existing from previous pack
    2. Click Copy These actions
    3. Click Edit
    4. Remove all products
    5. Add Product Names that Tammy/Skyler provides
    6. Edit QTY
    7. Update Discount % to 100
    8. After you add all the products and update the quantity, click Save
  14. After everything has been confirmed by TPP and Bteam- Publish FIGO Sequence.
