Our studio pricing/amenities are as follows:

$200 per hour for pre-production (up to 10 hours); OT is $300 per hour

$300 per hour for shoot day (up to 12 hours); OT is $450 per hour past 12 hours

We can negotiate pricing based on multiple shoot days and budget – happy to discuss based on your project’s needs.

Our studio amenities include use of first-level studio space (see floor plan attached), including street-level drive in loading bay, conference room/lounge and use of our lounge seating for crew/clients and wi-fi.

Our furnishings and plants can also be used for props on camera for a $500 all-inclusive prop fee.

In addition, you have access to use our in-house inventory including:

Coat Check Room with Rods/Hangers

(2) Rolling Racks

(2) Full Length Mirrors

(4) HMU/Director Chairs

(10) 8’ x 30” Rectangle Tables

(25) 66” Round Tables

(3) Gallery Tables
